32nd annual Homespun Day festival is Saturday

The 32nd Annual Zanesville Homespun Day is set for Saturday, Aug. 30.

The Zanesville Lions Club Car Show, one of the day's biggest events, begins accepting registrations at 8:30 a.m. The registration period ends at noon and awards are handed out at 2 p.m.

Last year's car show featured around 40 cars and Melba Edwards, Homespun Day's publicity director, anticipates even more this year, having mailed out 130 letters to past participants of the show, inviting them to return.
