This position is
responsible for assisting and prepar-ing meals for inmates. Candidates must have working knowledge of proper nutrition and sanitary food preparation, ability to apply to large quantities of food, and ability to main-tain clean, sanitized work areas and equipment. In addition, a successful candidate must be also possess excel-lent communication and
computer skills, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Work hours are part time, and will include some eveings. HS di-ploma.GED required. Hourly rate is between $8.25-$10/hr.
