"Refresh," an animated film created by three Huntington University seniors, won first place in the first Water Day Film Festival.

The film was created by Sean Cruise, of Melville, NY; Ben Kroll, of Mt. Lake Park, MD; and Matthew Weener, of Hudsonville, MI.

All three are majoring in animation at HU.
"Refresh" examines how people use limited resources, including water, and if there is a way to help those with less.

The Water Day Film Festival was hosted by Water.org.
The nonprofit organization is working toward a goal of providing access to safe water and sanitation in communities in Africa, South Asia and Central America.
