The Salamonie Interpretive Center at Salamonie Lake invites children ages 2 to 5 to a morning of learning and water fun.
The program will run from 10-11:30 a.m. Children will participate in water activities, bubbles and other fun camping activities. Participants should bring a swimsuit or extra set of clothing.
Parents and caregivers are expected to stay with their child throughout the program.
The program is planned to be both indoors and outdoors, starting at the interpretive center, rain or shine.
Participants may bring a lunch to eat after the event.
There is a fee for the program, but the property entrance fee will be waived for program attendees.
Register in advance by calling 468-2127 or visiting the Salamonie Interpretive Center in the Lost Bridge West Recreation Area in western Huntington County at 3691 S. New Holland Rd., Andrews.
Upcoming pre-school program dates are Aug. 15, Sept. 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 14 and Dec. 12.
