Gardening program set

The sixth installment of the 2012 public education series sponsored by Huntington County Master Gardeners will be held Thursday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. in Heritage Hall at Hier's Park.
Advanced Master Gardener Kay Lilie will discuss how it is possible to have something in bloom during the spring, summer, and fall. She will explain how to keep plants in top-notch shape as well as give hints on rose gardening.
Interested persons should contact the Extension office at 358-4826 to register.
The final installment will be held on Nov. 1 and the topic will be "Gifts for and from the Garden."
