The Midstates Mule and Donkey Show will be held Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Chief LaFontaine Saddle Club.
Events begin at 9 a.m.

The show will feature mules and donkeys ranging in size from miniatures (under 36 inches) to mammoth and draft animals (56 inches and over).

Classes will include halter, western and English riding, driving, pole bending and barrel races. The show will end with the coon jump and chariot race.

A silent auction will be held during the show and concessions will be available on the grounds. All proceeds will go to the Midstates scholarship fund.

The community is invited to attend, and spectators are admitted free.
