The adult day care ministry at New Hope Church offers a four-hour relief period for caregivers in Huntington County every Friday afternoon.

The ministry is open every Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the church, located at 2001 Engle St. in Huntington. A typical afternoon includes games, singing, light exercises, snacks, old movies and conversation centers.

There are no steps to enter the church and the restrooms are handicap accessible.

A fee is charged to help cover the cost of snacks, crafts and other supplies.
