The Roanoke Public Library is sponsoring a "Cozy Celebration of Books!" on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 10 to 11 a.m.

The event features story time, an easy to do craft and other activities. It is geared towards preschool aged children, but older siblings are welcome.

Snacks will be provided.

The library now has "sit-upons," presented by Megan Baker as part of her Girl Scout Silver Award project.
