HCCF accepting fall grant applications

The Huntington County Community Foundation is accepting applications for its 2012 fall grants through Oct. 15.

Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible for grants to help them achieve their mission of improving the quality of life in Huntington County.

Grant guidelines and applications are available online at www.huntingtonccf.org. The application is an interactive PDF and is found under the grant tab near the top of the homepage.

Classroom education grants are available to all teachers in Huntington County at the same location on the website. These grants range from $50 to $250 and the guidelines are posted along with the application.

Since 1997 the Huntington County Community Foundation has awarded more than $900,000 in community grants to local nonprofits from its Community Impact Fund.
