Birthday Books for Huntington Catholic School

Huntington Catholic School has a unique way of receiving new books for its libraries. During the month of a student's birthday, parents may send in a donation for the purchase of a book. A label is placed in the front of the book with the student's name on it. That student reads the book first and then it is placed in the library for other students to check out. Students receiving books at the October All-School Liturgy were (front row from left) Emily Molitor, fifth grade; and (second row from left) Garrett Rosen, second grade; Jessica Hartmus, fourth grade; and (third row from left) Alexi Holzinger, sixth grade; and Joe Melchi, fourth grade.
