The 28th annual Pomp and Plenty, featuring the Huntington North High School Varsity Singers, will be presented on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 17 and 18.
Shows are at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday.
A gourmet four-course meal, prepared by the culinary arts department of Ivy Tech, Fort Wayne, will prepare a gourmet four-course dinner prior to the Saturday evening show. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for hors d'oeuvres and dinner service will start at 6 p.m.
Tickets for Saturday evening for both the dinner and the show or just the show are available.
Each of the three Varsity Singers performances will feature a different 20-minute opening act.
The HNHS Jazz Band will entertain Saturday evening, the Children's Choir of Huntington County will be featured on Sunday afternoon and the Christmas City Chorus will perform on Sunday evening.
The Varsity Singers' performance will feature music from the '70s, '80s and '90s, including top 10 hits, disco and rock. The second act will showcase the show choir's 2012-13 competition show.
Tickets can be purchased at all three locations of Bippus State Bank, three locations of First Federal Savings Bank, PNC Bank, TCU and any Varsity Singers member.
