The Huntington University concert choir and orchestra will team up for the 58th annual performance of Handel's Messiah.

The public is invited to join the choir in its practices. Rehearsals will be held on Mondays, Oct. 22 and 29 and Nov. 5, 12, 19 and 26, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Merillat Centre for the Arts at Huntington University.

A dress rehearsal will be held on Dec. 1, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church.

The choir will be using the Watkins Shaw (Novello) score and copies will be available for purchase at the first practice.

Dress for the performance is a black dress for women and dark suit, white shirt and dark tie for men.
