Andrews Lions complete another project at ballpark

The Andrews Lions Club recently completed another project at its ballpark by installing a new batting cage.
The project was a success due to a number of corporate and private sponsors as well as fund-raising efforts by the club.
Corporate sponsors were Huntington County Community Foundation, which provided a matching grant, Beacon Credit Union, Bippus State Bank, Spencer Kennels, Martz Construction, Speedway Redi Mix and Lahr's Landscaping.
Additional volunteers and donors on the project included Mike Okuly and Gary Hiatt, co-chairs, Lions Club members Phil Bitzer, Phil Ruppert, Cheryl Okuly, Wayne Spencer, Robert Sunday and Don Morgan as well as Gary Miller, Brian Updike, Kyle Perdue, Gregg Ramp, the Junior Jones family and Craig Martz.
