The community is invited to attend a Veterans Day program on Monday, Nov. 12, at 2:20 p.m. in the Huntington North High School gym.

Boy Scouts will open the program by presenting the colors and veterans from each war will lead the Pledge of Allegiance. John Wenning will direct the HNHS choir in singing the national anthem, inviting attendees to sing along.

Matt Stephenson will present a history of Veterans Day, and Lynn Brown, Rod Richison and Dave Hedden will pay tribute to veterans, those currently serving in the military and those who plan to serve.

The choir will perform patriotic songs and Matt Walters will play Taps to close the program.
