Janna Williams, Jane Burkhart and Tammy Selig (from left), agents with Century 21 Property Shoppe, have completed broker classes and are now licensed as broker associates. Recently-approved state legislation requires all Indiana real estate licensees to hold a broker license by June 30, 2014, and the Property Shoppe is now close to meeting the requirements of that legislation. The amount of education needed to enter the profession has also been increased.
