A soup lunch and bake sale to benefit David and Cindy Smith will be held on Sunday, Dec. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Warren Sportsman's Club, in Warren.

Free will donations will also be accepted.

Funds will go toward the rebuilding of Smith Auto in Chester Township, Wells County, which was destroyed by fire.
