The Youth Services Bureau of Huntington County presented George Richison (center) with the Steven L. Bailey Memorial Award on Thursday, Jan. 31. Richison volunteers at Lancaster Elementary School as an "all day, every day" volunteer - something he has been doing for more than 16 years.
