Melcher design to be theme and logo for 2013 county 4-H fair

A design by Emma Melcher has been selected as the theme and logo for the 2013 Huntington County 4-H Fair.

Melcher, a resident of Jackson Township, created a logo using the theme "4-H'ers Today ... Our Leaders Tomorrow."
Her design will be used on a variety of 4-H program materials during the year, including the Huntington County 4-H Fair book which will be available in early March.

Kayla Patrick, of Clear Creek Township, placed second in the theme/design contest, with Amanda Pugh, of Wayne Township, placing third. Walter Hacker, of Lancaster township, received an honorable mention.

The 2013 Huntington County 4-H Fair will be held July 12-25.
