Sandy Wing (left) and Angela Dydasco pick up their badges and survey materials from Joey Spiegel (right) during the kick-off of a survey of residents of the Drovertown area on Huntington's south side. The kick-off and training session took place Saturday morning, March 23, at St. Peter's First Community Church. During the door-to-door survey, residents are being asked how they think the neighborhood can be improved to make it more welcome for all residents. The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority has committed $662,000 in funding to help make the neighborhood more livable. The project is being coordinated locally by Pathfinder Services.
