Tickets on sale for Warren’s A Taste of Spring

Tickets are now on sale for the fourth annual A Taste of Spring wine and ale tasting event Saturday, May 4, in Warren.
The event is a fund-raiser with proceeds to benefit the downtown park project.
To be held at Dogwood Glen Golf Course from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., the event features wines from Satek Winery, of Fremont; beers and ales from Five Star Distributing, of Columbia City; and oils and vinegars from the Olive Twist, of Fort Wayne.
There will also be items to be bid on in a silent auction, drawings for prizes and food samplings from Kim's Katered Affair.
Champagne sponsors for the event are Robert H. Berghoff, D.D.S; Citizens Telephone; Kevin DeaKyne, D.D.S.; East of Chicago Pizza Co.; Family LifeCare; Heritage Pointe/Dogwood Glen; Kim's Katered Affair; Shuttleworth Insurance; and T.D. Wall Inc.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at East of Chicago and Citizens Telephone, or the night of the event at the door.
