High school students can learn more about military academies on Saturday

U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman announced Academy Day on Saturday, April 27.

During the day, students will have the opportunity to learn about the application process for the United States service academies.

High school students interested in applying for nominations to the Air Force, Merchant Marines, West Point, Naval and Coast Guard Academies are encouraged to attend.

Representatives from Stutzman's office and the academies will speak with students and answer questions at the Air National Guard Base, 3004 Ferguson Rd., Fort Wayne.

Sign in and registration will be from 9:30 to 10 a.m.
The presentation, with time for questions and answers, will be from 10 a.m. to noon.

Attendees should enter the base via the security entrance east of the airport.

Reservations must be made to attend and are due by noon on Friday, April 26.
