Teens on the Town group to travel to Putt Putt Golf in Fort Wayne May 4

Teens on the Town, a Pathfinder Community Supports program, will be going to Putt Putt Golf and Games in Fort Wayne on, May 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Teens on the Town program focuses on teens with intellectual disabilities, ages 13 through high school graduation, who are currently attending special needs programs at the middle and high school level.
Supervision and assistance is provided for all participants as needed.

There is a cost for the outing, which will cover one game of Putt Putt golf and 10 game tokens. Parents should also send a sack lunch with their teen.

Parents are responsible for dropping off their teen at 8:45 a.m. and picking up their teen at 1 p.m. at the Pathfinder Community Supports office located at 1152 E. State St., in Huntington.

Transportation will be provided to and from Putt Putt Golf and Games.
