Norwood to hold annual pie baking contest

Individuals and organizations are invited to put their best cream pies forward for the annual pie contest at Norwood Health and Rehabilitation Center.
The contest on May 17 is part of the National Nursing Home Week celebration at Norwood.
Any cream pie may be entered in the contest. Pies should be brought to the Norwood dining room no later than 11 a.m. on May 17.
Judging will take place on May 17 at 2 p.m. The panel of judges includes Jim Scheiber, of the Edward Jones financial services firm, who serves as president of both the Historic Forks of the Wabash board and the Huntington County Community Foundation board; Steve Kimmel, executive director of the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce; and Mark Wickersham, executive director of Huntington County Economic Development.
