Plasterer’s opens again in Huntington
Thursday, June 13, 2013 7:55 AM
Plasterer's Antiques & Things has re-opened its doors.
The store, which originally opened in 2004, re-opened on April 11.
It is open on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The store's focus is antique furniture, but storeowner Teresa Plasterer says the shop has added a new line of handmade rustic goods, such as burlap, jewelry and a wedding line.
She says the store closed as the economy slowed in recent years, but things have recovered and she has been "pleasantly surprised" with the business return so far.
Plasterer's Antiques & Things may be found on Facebook by searching for the business name at the site.
The store is located at 620 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, and may be contacted at 356-2191.
