Clothing trade on Aug. 10 at Hier’s
Thursday, July 11, 2013 8:07 AM
Crossroad Connections is collecting lightly used children's clothing for a back to school clothing trade to be held in the Family Community Building at Hier's Park.
The event will be held on Aug. 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The clothing trade helps parents with the expense of clothing for school.
Parents may bring in lightly used clothing to trade for their child's next size up.
Sizes will range from infant to youth size XL (18-20).
All clothing must be pre-washed and clean with no holes, stains or tears or they will not be accepted for the trade.
Boxes will be available for clothing donations at El Shaddai, Inc., Pizza Hut and the Cafe of Hope.
Cafe of Hope is offering a discount on any drink, when donated clothing is presented to the cashier at the order counter.
More information may be found at www.crossroadconnections.org or by calling 355-7030.
