Wayne Street in downtown Warren, from 1st Street to 2nd Street, will be closed to all traffic Monday through Wednesday, Aug. 12-15, to allow for demolition of an unsafe building.

Additional closures will take place after that date to allow for removal of debris.

Motorists are also prohibited from using alleys to access the area because of the movement of equipment through the area.

Truck traffic only is prohibited until Aug. 30. Trucks must follow a detour from Ind.-218 to Grover Street to 5th Street.
