Pathfinder now taking funding requests from not-for-profit groups
Monday, February 3, 2014 7:47 AM
The Pathfinder Foundation is now accepting fund requests for 2014 from organizations who have received a 501(c)3 status from the Internal Revenue Service.
A major goal of the Pathfinder Foundation is to assist people with disabilities through funding not-for-profit organizations, including Pathfinder Services, Inc., in Huntington, Wabash, Marshall, Starke, Allen and Whitley counties.
The foundation board of directors will consider all requests with emphasis on those requests that support the Pathfinder Services clients as well as community residents with disabilities not served by Pathfinder Services.
Organizations requesting funds need to fill out the request for funding form, which must be submitted in writing by March 7. Requests will be reviewed at the March meeting of the foundation board of directors on March 19.
To receive a request for funding form from the Pathfinder Foundation, visit www.pathfinderservices.org, contact Sheryl Glancy at sglancy@ pathfinderservices.org, or call the Pathfinder Services Huntington office at 356-0500.
To request a form in person, stop by Pathfinder Services' north office location at 2824 Theater Ave. in Huntington.
