OSV makes $100K gift to B&G Club campaign

Our Sunday Visitor has made a $100,000 gift to the Parkview Boys & Girls Club of Huntington County's capital campaign.
The campaign, which will fund a new building for the club, was launched in early 2013. More than $3 million of the $3.5 million goal has been raised, and the gift from Our Sunday Visitor was one of the first contributions to the campaign.
Kyle Hamilton, president and general manager of the Offertory Solutions Division at Our Sunday Visitor, has been a major supporter of the Boys & Girls Club over the past year. He has served on the Capital Campaign Committee as co-chair of the major gifts committee and helped secure the large gift given by OSV.
"The Boys and Girls Club of Huntington County helps children and young adults discover their passion and their God-given talents in a safe environment where they are surrounded with positive role models and encouragement," says Hamilton.
"The club (and all of the programs) is the best investment that we can make in the future of our community by enabling and empowering kids to become all that they can be.
"After seeing the condition of the current facility and learning more about all that the club does for kids, it was an easy decision to contribute to the capital campaign for a new facility."
The club plans to break ground for the new facility this year. It will be located adjacent to the current building on East State Street.
