Healthy eating class at Parkview YMCA March 20

LiVe Healthy Families, an eight-week program designed to help families eat healthier and stay active, will begin March 20 at the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA.
The program is sponsored by the YMCA and Parkview LiVe.
Participants will receive the tools and resources they need to help create an active household.
Each session will include 45 minutes of nutrition teaching and 45 minutes of family activities. Classes are taught by trained nutrition and fitness professionals from Parkview and the YMCA.
Class members will be provided with recipes, menu planners, tips on eating awareness, online resources and a complimentary family membership to the YMCA for the entire program.
The first class will be held on March 20 from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA. There is a fee, with scholarships and payment plans available.
