Huntington University grad counseling visit day on March 26

Huntington University's graduate counseling program will host a visit day on Wednesday, March 26, from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The Master of Arts in counseling degree offers students educational experiences both in and out of the classroom. Some of the program's distinctives include broad theoretical training, commitment to community impact, intentionality in faith integration and experienced faculty. The program meets or exceeds all state requirements for LMHC licensure. Huntington also offers courses for students to gain their license in Indiana. Classes are offered in Huntington on the main campus and in Fort Wayne at the Parkview Randallia campus.

The event includes an introduction with Dr. Jerry Davis, director of graduate counseling, a tour with an admissions counselor, dinner and a question-and-answer session with faculty and current students as well as an opportunity to observe a class.

The visit day will begin in the Graduate Building. For a complete schedule of events, visit www.huntington.edu/Graduate/Graduate-School-Visit-Day.

Visitors are encouraged to come and go as their schedules permits. Contact Becca Cline, admissions counselor, at graduate@ huntington.edu or 359-4111 to RSVP or for more information.

The graduate counseling program will host another visit day from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. April 15 at the Fort Wayne Campus.
