Bethel United Methodist Church, in Wabash County, will celebrate its 175th anniversary on Sunday, June 8.
The community is invited to attend the celebration, which begins with a morning service at 10 a.m., lunch at noon, and an afternoon service at 2 p.m.
The morning speaker, Rev. Larry Ray, and church member Lowell Ringell plan to ride mules to the morning service in the style of old-time circuit riders, arriving at the church at about 9:45 a.m.

Those attending the lunch are asked to bring a covered dish. Pulled pork, chicken, drinks and tableware will be furnished.
