Encouraging H.E.R.O.s

The Huntington Lions Club presents a check for $600 in support of Camp H.E.R.O., a camp for area youth coming up July 7 to 11 at Crestview Middle School. Pictured (from left to right) are Master Trooper Trent Kiefer of the Indiana State Police, Huntington Police Department School Resource Officer Brian Double, Gary Yeiter of the Lions Club, Huntington Fire Marshal Wayne Huff and Huntington County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Chris Newton, director and founder of Camp H.E.R.O. Already the camp, in its second year, has 182 youth signed up and can take up to 200.
