Jerry Osterholt, of Roanoke, has been named Biodiesel/Grain Marketing Committee chairman of the Indiana Soybean Alliance.
White County grain farmer Lynn Teel was elected as president of the organization at the January board of directors meeting in Indianapolis. Teel, of Chalmers, and the 24-member board of directors are responsible for investing Indiana's soybean checkoff funds in projects that benefit Indiana's soybean farmers.
The board of directors also elected Kevin Wilson, of Walton, vice president; Terry Vissing, of Marysville, secretary; and Mike Morehouse, of New Paris, treasurer. Other directors on the ISA Executive Committee include Trevor Glick, of Columbus, New Uses/Research Committee chairman; and Mike Yoder, of Middlebury, Livestock/Aquaculture Committee chairman.
