Individuals interested in serving as volunteers with the Huntington County 4-H program or current volunteers with less than two years of service must attend the County 4-H Volunteer Orientation workshop on Thursday, March 25, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The workshop will be held at the Courthouse Annex and will cover 4-H policies and procedures, expectations and responsibilities of 4-H volunteers, safety issues with working with youth and understanding positive youth development.

Reservations are needed no later than March 24, so sufficient handout materials and light refreshments can be prepared.
