Bicentennial quilt on display at Roanoke Library

The bicentennial quilt made by members of the Piecemakers Quilt Club in 2016 will be displayed at the Roanoke Public Library in the program room from July 12 through Aug. 14.

Members of the Piecemakers Quilt Club, an Extension Homemakers Club of Huntington County, were challenged to create the piece to be on display during the bicentennial year of celebration in the state.

Panes in the quilt depict scenes in the county as they existed nearly 200 years ago.

The Roanoke Public Library is located at 314 N. Main St., Suite 120, Roanoke.
