The debate will be held in the Huntington North High School auditorium and is open to the public. There is no admission charge.

Incumbent Dan Leonard and challenger Ron Fusselman, both of Huntington, will be on stage from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Both are seeking the Republican nomination as 50th District state representative.

Tom Wall, of Huntington, and Jim Banks, of Columbia City, will be featured from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wall and Banks are both seeking the Republican nod for the 17th District seat in the Indiana Senate currently held by Gary "Doc" Dillon. Dillon is not seeking re-election.

The debate is being coordinated by a Republican Party committee consisting of Chris Hoke, Tina Stevens, Sherri Miller and Kathy Juillerat.

Primary elections will be held on May 4.
