Garrett achieves partner status at DeLaney Hartburg Roth & Garrott

DeLaney Hartburg Roth & Garrott LLP has announced that Kathryn S. Garrett has become a partner in its law firm effective January 2018.

Garrett graduated cum laude in 2010 from Manchester University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She received her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 2013.

Garrett will concentrate her practice in the areas of family law, adoption, guardianship, guardian ad litem, real estate law and title insurance.

Garrett is a past graduate of the Huntington County Leadership Academy. She serves on the Victory Noll Center board of directors; Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, intake volunteer; Manchester University, first-year student mentor; and past director, Huntington County Habitat for Humanity. She and her husband, Robert Diener, attend St. Peters First Community Church.
