Master Gardeners to discuss native plants at forum

The Huntington County Master Gardeners will hold a public forum on Wednesday, March 7, at 6:30 p.m. at the Huntington City-Township Public Library Conference Room, located at 200 W. Market St. in Huntington.

Martha Ferguson of Riverview Native Nursery in Spencerville will be presenting “Native Plants: Beauty and Biodiversity.”

Ferguson has grown native plants for 25 years. She is an advanced Master Gardener and a Master Naturalist who previously directed the garden restoration project at the Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site.
