3 PHH nurses earn Jill Dreyer scholarships

Three nurses at Parkview Huntington Hospital (PHH) have been awarded Jill Dreyer scholarships for the spring 2018 academic semester.

Natalie Gill, RN, of Fort Wayne; Paula McClain, RN, of Columbia City; and Amy Rosen, BSN, RN, of Urbana, each will receive $750 to apply toward their nursing education costs.

Gill is a member of the hospital’s inpatient nursing team. She is working toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana, in anticipation of pursing a master’s degree in nursing and a family nurse practitioner degree.

McClain has responsibilities in the hospital’s medication infusion unit. She is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University.

Rosen is the nursing clinical educator at PHH. She is working toward her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management at Western Governors University. She also received a Jill Dreyer Scholarship for the fall semester in 2017.
