Lake City Bank has announced that it has promoted Paula J. Whiting to vice president, office manager of its Huntington branch.

In this position, Whiting supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 10 years.

Whiting has a certificate in general business from Heartland Career Center. She serves as president for the Huntington Optimist Club and as a board member for Pathfinder Services, Junior Achievement and the Huntington University Foundation. She is also a Huntington County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. Whiting volunteers for United Way.
