Florida quartet will sing at Heritage Pointe

The Ambassadors, a four-man a cappella group, will perform Friday, May 14, at 2 p.m. in the Applegate Chapel of Heritage Pointe, Warren.

The concert is free and open to the public.

The group is based in Florida and consists of brothers Bennie DeSalvo and Frank DeSalvo, the lead singers; lead bassist and beat boxer Brunes Charles; and falsetto master Alex Lubin.

Bennie DeSalvo and Frank DeSalvo are the sons of former Huntington resident Jodie DeSalvo, a concert pianist who continues to perform and teach in Naples, FL. Jodie DeSalvo serves as the artistic director for the group.

The Ambassadors have performed across the United States for the past three years. Its repertoire includes current music as well as old-time and Motown favorites.
