Roanoke’s Friday Night Street Fair starts Friday

The first Friday Night Street Fair of the summer in Roanoke is set for Friday, June 7.

The family-friendly event will be held on Main Street in downtown Roanoke from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The theme of the fair will be “Art Night.” Children will have opportunities to create rock art, draw with chalk on the sidewalk and more.

Food will be available for purchase from Joseph Decuis, Roanoke Village Inn and Moose & Mollie’s.

The fair’s musical guest will be Adam Strack.

To accommodate fair attendees, shops in Roanoke will be open until 9 p.m.
