Huntington County Board of Zoning Appeals to consider three applications at April 28 meet

The Huntington County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider three applications on Tuesday, April 28, at the Huntington County Courthouse at 6:30 p.m.

The following applications will be considered:

• Brad Bodigon, 2539E-900N, Roanoke; requesting a special exception for a home occupation type II to allow motorcycle repair and service.

• Michael Burnau, 4843S-500W, Huntington; requesting a variance from development standards for a 25-foot variance from the 75-foot front yard setback requirement to allow construction of a porch.

• Pamela K. Peas, corner of 500N and 900W; requesting a special exception to allow a manufactured home type II.

To attend the meeting, interested individuals should call 358-4840 and leave a message that provides their full name, phone number and email address. A message will be sent to the provided email address with a link to attend the meeting virtually. The deadline to request to attend is Tuesday, April 28, at noon.
