Sept. Junior Rotarians announced

Kenadie Working and Haley Newton are the Huntington Rotary Club’s Junior Rotarians for September.

Working is the daughter of Erin and Taylor Working. At Huntington North High School (HNHS), Working is involved in Huntington youth leadership and is on the basketball team.

Working is employed at First Federal Savings Bank as a teller and at the Etna Avenue Dairy Queen. She enjoys hanging out with friends, shopping and traveling.

Her future plans include going to college to study psychology and eventually become a therapist.

Newton is the daughter of Chris and Jenny Newton. At HNHS, she is involved in National Honors Society, Student Athletic Board, Campus Life, varsity girls golf and is the boys golf manager. She is also the treasurer for Riley Dance Marathon, a freshman mentor and vice president of the class council.

Newton enjoys golf, baking and volunteering. Her future plans include getting a bachelor’s in business before attending law school to pursue a career in law.
