Library auctions art to raise funds for programs

The Friends of the Huntington City-Township Public Library will have an art auction slated for Sunday, May 1 through Monday, May 16.

They will be selling a collection of 70 art prints, paintings and sketches.

In addition, the sale  features a set of 23 original sketches by author and illustrator Jose Aruego,    as well as three original sketches by illustrator Paul
Zelinsky. Funds raised by the auction will help support the summer library program and other programming.

The artwork will be sold by silent auction starting on May 1.

All bids must be entered no later than Monday, May 16, at 8 a.m..
