On Sunday, Jan. 8, the History Center will present the next installment of the 2022-23 George R. Mather Sunday Lecture Series.
“The Allen County Courthouse: A Local Treasure and National Historic Landmark” will be presented Robyn Zimmerman. In “The Allen County Courthouse,” the audience members will be treated to behind-the-scenes stories and pictures of Fort Wayne's national treasure and learn more about the history of Allen County's National Historic Landmark, the people who built it at the turn-of-the-century, and those who preserved it 100 years later.
The lecture begins at 2 p.m. and admission is free to the public. Please note that the lecture will be on the second Sunday of January.
