The Huntington County Hometown Improvement (HCHI) will discuss its vision and its action steps to help build Huntington County during the first Huntington University Foundation breakfast of the year on Wednesday, Oct. 10.

HCHI is a volunteer organization designed to help the community grow and thrive. HCHI's primary goal is to develop unified vision and action steps for the county based on the following five pillars: leadership, entrepreneurism, family economic success, youth and philanthropy.

The foundation breakfast is open to the public. It will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons and conclude by 9 a.m. First-time attendees eat free courtesy of Bailey-Love Mortuary.

The breakfast is held on the second Wednesday of every month during the school year.
