Rev. Richard Strick (right) dedicates a new sign and planter at Love INC, 715 Byron St., Huntington, in honor of the late Bill Fetrow, who served as the agency's executive director from 2008 until his death in 2011. With Strick is Fetrow's widow, Anne Fetrow. Strick serves as president of the Love INC board of directors. Tours of the facility were offered during an open house held prior to the dedication ceremony.
