HU Auxiliary seeks donations for fund-raiser rummage sale Oct. 19-20

The Huntington University Women's Auxiliary will hold its 22nd annual garage sale benefit on Friday, Oct. 19, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 20, from 8 a.m. until noon.
The sale will be held at the Merillat Physical Education and Recreation Center fieldhouse on the Huntington University campus.
Proceeds will be used to help fund the purchase of counter stools for the Baker Hall and Roush Hall lounges.
Donations will be accepted at the fieldhouse on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 19, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Items should be clean and useable and must be priced. Jeans, slacks, shirts, blouses, skirts, sweaters, children's clothing, shoes and books do not need to be marked.
Unsold items will be donated to various charities, including Habitat for Humanity, Love INC and the Salvation Army.
