A fish fry benefit will be held for Drew Dorsett on Nov. 3 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the St. Peter Lutheran Church gym.

Dorsett is a second-grader at Roanoke Elementary and is undergoing treatment for cancer.

He is the son of Darrin and Jill Brown Dorsett and the grandson of Ron and Marcia Brown and George and Linda Dorsett.

There is a cost for the benefit with a discount for children 4 to 12 years old.

Carry-outs will be available at the entrance from John Street to the Education Building.

The Country Store will be open, selling handcrafted and homemade goods from noon to 7 p.m.

Donations can also be made to the Dorsett family at First Federal Savings Bank, 648 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN 46750. Checks should be made out to "St. Peter Lutheran Church - Drew Dorsett Benefit."

The church is located at 605 Polk St., Huntington.
